Hello! My name is Mary Tabb and I am a data-driven Program Evaluator with over seven years of experience supporting nonprofits and state and local governments through research and consulting.
I have subject matter expertise in housing, healthcare, disability rights, and social welfare programs like SSI, Medicaid and TANF. My policy work is informed by my lived experience as a case manager and non-attorney advocate for people with significant disabilities and mental illness.
